  I went in today to get a new phone because mine was on the brink of not working any longer. I got stuck with Greg because the person I usually see was busy. I had so many questions about my bill, the new phone, and capabilities of switching. He answered none of my questions, walked out before finishing, and was so rude. I had questions about my bill, he told me nothing would change, then said I would have a 25.00 upgrade fee on my next bill. He told me that after I signed. I’m disappointed I got a phone here and he got credit for something he barely did. Will not be going back.
