  I dropped my cell phone in the sink and my fiance immediately took it to Doug to see if he could save it. Doug immediately put my mind at ease and understood the urgency of getting it repaired. Great experience overall - excellent communication, fair price, and knowledgeable people! While I hope I don't have another accident, if I do, I know where to go!

  Went in with both sides damaged, front screen and back crystal...Staff was very helpfull, game me straight answers, cell looked like new when i picked it up. Price was reasonable for what i expected. Its been almost a month and cell still works like new.

  The CPR store in Brentwood has been phenomenal to work with. I got the screen on my iPad 2 fixed for Christmas. Unfortunately, it only worked 7 days then refused to turn on anymore. Not only did the store go over and beyond to troubleshoot the issue, they offered me a refund for the screen. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Their communication throughout this process was fantastic as well. They kept me updated all along the way. I would strongly recommend going to this store for any technology need.
